Contributions to Walder for Poway City Council District 3 are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.

California law limits contributions to $250 per individual and $500 per couple per election. Married couples may contribute separately by writing separate checks or by submitting one check from a joint account signed by both spouses.

California law requires the campaign to collect and report certain information from contributors. For contributions of $100 or more, please provide your:

• Full name

• Street address (P.O. Boxes are not sufficient)

• Occupation

• Employer (or indicate "Retired" or "Self-Employed," if applicable)

Contributions must be made from the contributor's own funds and may not be reimbursed by another person. Cash contributions are subject to applicable legal limits.
